Run your normal student report, export the CSV, and drop it in. We recognise the column names those systems use, so there's nothing to rename or rearrange. Re-upload any time — existing athletes update in place and nobody gets emailed twice.
Roster API
If your software can call a web address, it can push your roster to us. Generate a key in your gym settings and send athletes as they're added. Guardians can be invited automatically or left alone, your call.
Clip-ready webhooks
The other direction: every time a highlight finishes processing, we notify your system with the athlete, the clip, and a link. Signed so you can verify it came from us. Useful if you want clips inside your own parent portal or app.
